ABOUT THE POSITION: The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is an essential Development team member and is primarily responsible for engaging prospective and current donors to cultivate strong relationships and solicit gifts—ultimately helping Turning Point USA (TPUSA) reach its revenue goals to further its mission and programs. The MGO will be part of an active and dynamic fundraising team, specifically paired with a Donor Relations Officer in the same region who will assist with leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Job Description: A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory.
Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christian’s with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.
The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
